Clarification

When she left the wolf,

She came out cawing, all teeth,

His belly a cave.

 

The woodsman refused

Her the axe.  On the mantle

Still: dark fur, pale bone.  

 

A murder, tell the

Child, names any group of crows.

Even old mothers.
